Job Description

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, APAC Sales, this role will be responsible for customer care including customer satisfaction, trouble shooting and parts sales for products under Shred-Tech Asia Co., Ltd within the designated territory. Sales will be driven directly and via partners, depending on the structure of the market. The CSM executes daily business pursuits aiming to achieve the business targets for Shred-Tech Asia Co., Ltd, which are set annually and at the sole discretion of Management.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about trouble shooting, sales, driven by customer centricity and having a holistic view of the commercial business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and develop aftermarket sales within the territory. The territory can be adjusted at any time at the sole discretion of the Director, APAC Sales.
  • Drive monthly parts sales and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Drive internal Cash-2-Order activities for Aftermarket Sales.
  • Drive direct sales where required.
  • Report Voice of Customer to Director, APAC Sales.
  • Build and operate exploitation rate for all service customers.
  • Build and maintain Equipment Passport
  • Responsible for demonstrations of mobile and static equipment, when required.
  • Support Capital sales where required with regards to service aspects.
  • Generate market intelligence to support business initiatives.
  • Develop and grow service capabilities in the region through partnerships
  • Maintaining and monitoring existing customers&apos satisfaction
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree or above in engineering

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technical support, trouble shooting and sales. Prior experience in operating in a multi-cultural environment and operating across APAC.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and IT in general
  • Proficient with ERP systems preferably Epicor
  • More than 10 years working experience in technical support, trouble shooting, and sales preferably related to Environmental Protection, Construction Industry, Recycling Industry or similar.
  • Fluent written and spoken Thai & English
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Team player with independent and analytical thinking
  • Strong learning skills
  • CRM experience a strong advantage, preferably Salesforce.
