The Role
Customer Service Officer will provide professional and efficient customer service support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining positive relationship.
Individual Accountabilities
- Responsible for day-to-day customer service operations.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support customers regarding products, orders, delivery, and services.
- Handle multiple customer accounts and daily operational documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Planning, Warehouse, etc.
- Support achievement of department KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and order accuracy.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Customer Service department.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English communication.
- Expertise and experience in MS Word, Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Can work overtime after working hour and weekend.
- Have patience and be able to work well under work pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Service-minded with strong problem-solving abilities.
