We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our client's Operations / Service team in Amata City, Chonburi. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries and coordinating service requests related to Data Center MEP systems, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels regarding Data Center MEP systems
- Provide first-level support and professional guidance to customers
- Record customer issues and complaints, create service tickets, and assign based on priority
- Track ticket progress and ensure resolution within agreed timelines
- Conduct customer follow-ups and collect feedback on service quality and system performance
- Support service improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Assist in customer training sessions on system operation and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate closely with technical support specialists and service engineers
Requirements
- Native Thai speaker with Proficient in English and Chinese for business communication and email correspondence
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in Data Center, MEP, engineering, or IT service industry is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally while maintaining company image
- Proficiency in MS Office, collaboration tools, and ERP systems
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and service mindset
- Able to work flexible hours when required
