Customer Service Officer - DG

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday

• 2 Shifts: 8:00am to 5.15pm / 8:30am to 5.45pm

• No overnight shift

• Bedok (Transport provided @ Tanah Merah MRT)

Job Scope:

• Handle daily membership enquiries via phone calls and emails.

• Maintain accurate member records, account details, and service requests in the CMS.

• Follow up on membership payments, renewals, and assist in closing membership sales.

• Process new memberships, renewals, suspensions, resignations, and refunds.

• Provide support at the Membership Centre and assist with front counter duties when required.
