Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback or complaints via phone, email, or live chat.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, identify technical issues, and assign cases to service technicians for follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical Support) to address and resolve customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the system.
- Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve service quality.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and services to deliver informed support and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
- Professional fluency in English is required
Office location: Chatuchak, Bangkok
Working hours: 40 hours - 5.5 days (Mon-Fri and half day Saturday)
