Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process user applications efficiently, respond promptly to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Track online orders, ensure timely processing, and communicate statuses to customers.  
  • Make outbound calls to inform users about new features, updates, loyalty program benefits, and promotional offers.  
  • Educate customers on maximizing the use of our services to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular checks on drivers vehicles to ensure compliance with company policies and branding standards, provide feedback and support to drivers to maintain high standards.
  • Actively participate in promotional campaigns by engaging with customers and partners, approach local businesses for advertising opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. 

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service will be an advantage, but is not required.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and MS Office.
  • English: B2 level or higher.
