Job Description

  • Greeting the customer and support as Receptionist.
  • To answer all incoming calls, what app calls, re-direct call as appropriate and take adequate messages and handle caller's inquiries as requested.
  • Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for Customer properly and promptly in the operation center.
  • To answer of daily mails and collection of daily mails from letterbox every day.
  • Follow up with customer request within specific time frame and up to good quality standard
  • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service Delivery of quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standard
  • Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to customer via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Coordinate with other department properly to find comprehensive solution to customer
  • You will reporting Daily income invoices to the accounting
  • Learn new skills about Wellness, Medicine, Aesthetics
