Who are we

Yedda is an AI company that aims to improve clients performance by providing visibility to data that has historically been difficult to access. We do this by analysing feeds from existing CCTV systems and measuring selected visual actions in real time. Yedda helps customers drive performance, detect fraud, and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

Proof of Concept (PoC) Support

  • Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) in English, and ideally Thai.
  • Organize documentation and instructions for cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in populating dashboards and generating reports to support PoC delivery.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Support with invoice preparation and validation for clients.
  • Track and manage tasks using project management tools like Asana (or similar).
  • Provide basic guidance on internal platforms (e.g., dashboards, applications).
  • Coordinate cross-team communication and resolve routine operational issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or commercial support roles.
  • Educational background in Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field (completed or in progress).
  • Intermediate English proficiency; basic to intermediate Thai preferred.
  • Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas, etc), and online platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, communicative working style.
  • Proficient with MS Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Native/ proficient Thai; and English

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and related tools.
  • Experience with Python is a huge advantage.

  • Compensation: USD 1,000 - USD 1,500 per month + Bonus
  • Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday to Friday
