Position: Customer Service Representative
Report to: Sr.Sales Manager
Based: Bangkok (Serm Mit Tower, Sukhumvit Soi 21 - Asok) and work on site 100%
Key Resposibilities:
1. Inbound Shipments from ACG India:
2. Outbound local shipment: Preparation and cordinating for shipment documentation and logistics, update SAP & maintaining Report (Weekly/Monthly).
3. Review of inbound and outbound shipment Plan for ACG Thailand warehouse.
4. Support Thai customers with their product development that includes color matching/ artwork development/Samples for product trials etc. Co-ordinate these developments with ACG India.
5. Review of Gel Strength Stocks and outstanding payments.
6. Coordinating for receiving an update inventory report.
