Position: Customer Service Representative – Burmese Speaker - (Financial Services Industry)

Location: Singha Complex, Bangkok, Thailand (On-site)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days per week

Support Scope: Voice Consumer Support

Salary Package: THB 20,000 – THB 25,000 (total package)

What we're looking for:

• Local Burmese - Prefer PJ passport holders
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level (Reading, Listening, and Writing)
• Bachelor's degree in any field (minimum qualification) or equivalent
• Previous contact center/customer service experience preferred
• Experience supporting customers in the financial services industry preferred
