About the Role
We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chiang Mai. In this role, you will assist Thai-speaking customers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support through phone, chat, email, and social platforms. You will help resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high-quality and professional communication at all times.
- Log interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction scores and meet service level targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer journey.
Requirements
- Thai nationality with strong communication skills in Thai.
- Basic to good English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred (Freshers also welcome).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts (if required).
- Basic computer literacy (typing, CRM, email, chat tools).
