XSCAPE is opening a premium escape room experience in Phrom Phong, and we're looking for friendly, reliable, customer-focused Game Masters to join our team. This role is perfect for people who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fun environment, and being part of a creative entertainment brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide clear game briefings
- Operate escape room systems during play
- Monitor players and offer hints when needed
- Reset rooms accurately between sessions
- Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to exit
- Ensure rooms, props, and equipment remain in good working order
- Support daily operations and assist management when required
