Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Agent Airline Support

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Singha Complex)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Rotational shift, MondaySunday with 2 days off (5:30 PM 9:00 AM Japan Time, subject to operational changes)

Job Overview

We are hiring Japanese-speaking Customer Service Agents to support an international airline project. The role involves assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries while delivering professional and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Provide information on baggage, flight status, boarding, and in-flight services
  • Support international paid tickets, award tickets, and upgrade requests
  • Assist customers with website navigation and general inquiries

Requirements

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in CRM systems; Amadeus knowledge is a plus
  • Good typing speed and accuracy

Experience

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Background in airline, travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage

Language

  • Japanese N1 or N2 level
  • English B2 or above

Other

  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
