What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via hotline and online chat
- Assist users with inquiries and record customer needs
- Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Handle and document customer complaints professionally
Working Hours
8 hours per day, 2 days off weekly
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and Thai (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Basic computer skills; Thai typing 40 wpm
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: RMB 5,0007,000
- Salary paid on the 7th of every month
