Job Description

We're Hiring: Thai Customer Service Specialist (Visa Support Available!)

Join a leading ride-hailing platform and be part of a dynamic customer support team serving users in Thailand!

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support via hotline and online chat
  • Assist users with inquiries and record customer needs
  • Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Handle and document customer complaints professionally

Working Hours

8 hours per day, 2 days off weekly

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Thai (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
  • Basic computer skills; Thai typing 40 wpm
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: RMB 5,0007,000
  • Salary paid on the 7th of every month
  • International students welcome Internship visa support available
