Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative specializing in phone and email support. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves responding promptly to emails and calls, providing accurate information, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and fostering positive client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Prior customer service or help desk experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and email support platforms
  • High level of problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
