Customer Support Specialist (Remote), E-commerce
US Commerce Group is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to handle phone and email support for our US-based eCommerce customers. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly in English, stays calm with frustrated customers, and actually likes solving problems.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and support tickets via email and phone
- Troubleshoot issues and walk customers through clear resolutions
- Escalate technical cases to the right team and follow through to closure
- Document interactions and outcomes accurately
- Keep response times tight and quality consistent
What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal English Proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, service-first mindset and patience under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking across tools and tickets
- High level of problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for phone calls
- This role serves US-based customers, so working hours follow US business time zones. We'll discuss the specific shift in the interview.
Nice to have
- Prior customer support, sales, or call center experience
- Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
- eCommerce background or experience with Checkout Champ
