Responsibilities
- 1.Monitor service quality execution and process compliance within the region; identify, analyze and report service quality issues, major product quality problems, and other irregularities.
- 2.Collect system-related issues and follow up on system improvement and implementation to ensure effective resolution.
- 3.Coordinate service resources; detect and address issues such as insufficient resources or improper usage, and facilitate cross-departmental resource alignment.
- 4.Perform other key duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the entire after-sales service process
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Fluent English skills, which can be used as a working language
- Or if you have Chinese language HSK 4-5, it will be considered specially.
- Mainly working at a warehouse in Samut Prakan, and sometimes going to the office in Bang Na as required by the job duties.
