Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to assist customers, handle inquiries, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities while maintaining excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and walk-ins
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with leads and support sales conversion
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Update customer records in CRM or tracking systems
- Meet monthly service and sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, retail sales, or support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
- Thai language required; English communication is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
