Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Executive

Location: Bangna, Bangkok

Salary: THB 16,000/month (plus incentives/commission if applicable)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to assist customers, handle inquiries, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities while maintaining excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and walk-ins
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns
  • Follow up with leads and support sales conversion
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
  • Update customer records in CRM or tracking systems
  • Meet monthly service and sales targets
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, retail sales, or support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
  • Thai language required; English communication is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
