- Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.30 - 16:30

- Language: prefer Mandarin (HSK 5 > 200) and English (TOEIC 750)
Primary skill set :
- Customer Account Specialist with customer service or supply chain and logistics background to provide support to customers
- Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Asia Pacific
- Act as customer's primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfilment; invoicing and issue resolution.
- Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross-functional interfaces with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
- Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner.
- Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.
