About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. This is a full-time, shift-based, hybrid role responsible for supporting clients through chat, email, and ticket channels in a fast-paced forex and online trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support to clients via chat, email, and ticket channels
- Handle general account, service, platform, and forex-related inquiries
- Follow up on open cases and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
- Support onboarding-related communication and follow-up
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai; English communication skills are also required
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
- Good attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Comfortable using digital tools, chat, email, and web-based systems
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in customer service, forex, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or support systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

Pay Range and Compensation Package
Monthly salary range: THB 25,00035,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
