About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. This is a full-time, shift-based, hybrid role responsible for supporting clients through chat, email, and ticket channels in a fast-paced forex and online trading environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to clients via chat, email, and ticket channels
  • Handle general account, service, platform, and forex-related inquiries
  • Follow up on open cases and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
  • Support onboarding-related communication and follow-up
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Thai; English communication skills are also required
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Good attention to detail and follow-up discipline
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
  • Comfortable using digital tools, chat, email, and web-based systems
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in customer service, forex, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing, or support systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
