Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients at front desk and manage flow for patients
- Liaise with doctors and GM to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and bookings.
- Respond to online inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and aftercare.
- Support online consultations and special patient requests.
- Uphold a professional, discreet, and welcoming environment.
This position requires the applicant to be based in Phuket.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a consistently positive attitude.
- Strong communication abilities and professional conduct.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare & hospitality, is advantageous.
- Experience in handling online chats and digital inquiries.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
