Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients at front desk and manage flow for patients
  • Liaise with doctors and GM to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and bookings.
  • Respond to online inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and aftercare.
  • Support online consultations and special patient requests.
  • Uphold a professional, discreet, and welcoming environment.

This position requires the applicant to be based in Phuket.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Strong communication abilities and professional conduct.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare & hospitality, is advantageous.
  • Experience in handling online chats and digital inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
