Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with oversea sales and customer to get order done.
  • Check order detail and key in the system and make sure all order has completed on time delivery.
  • Provide internal document support internal process by daily and weekly and send to production & all parties.
  • Follow up product to meet production planning plan.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customer through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all time.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years experience.
  • Experience with incoterm 2020 / UCP 600/ shipping documents.
  • English Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have an international business knowledge.
