Job Summary

The Customer Services Technician is responsible for providing essential technical support and maintaining strong relationships with Air Liquide's customers. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of our gas equipment and systems at customer sites, contributing to customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air Liquide gas equipment and systems at customer premises.
  • Conduct installations and commissioning of new gas supply equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers on the safe and effective use of Air Liquide products and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests, breakdowns, and emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback for service improvements.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Air Liquide's safety standards, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory required for service operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications


  • Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service or maintenance role, preferably in the industrial gas, manufacturing, or chemical industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with gas handling equipment, piping systems, and safety protocols is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across Thailand.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties, as required.
