Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who excel at delivering exceptional client support by combining deep product knowledge with solution-oriented guidance across multiple channels. The role also supports business growth by translating client feedback into improved processes and increased product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry knowledge: Grow into a domain expert on our products including business accounts, payment cards, company creation and accounting services
  • Deliver high-quality client support: Provide articulate and solution-oriented assistance to clients across multiple channels, including email, phone and website chat, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently
  • Resolve client challenges: Actively assist clients in overcoming challenges, offering personalized support and guidance for smooth resolution
  • Drive business growth: Identify opportunities to introduce additional Statrys products or services that align with prospect or client needs, contributing to both client satisfaction and business growth through solution-based recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge: Stay updated on company products to communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information and tailored advice that meets their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to address client feedback and ensure concerns are promptly resolved and used to enhance product offerings
  • Propose process improvements: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and tools based on client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to implement these improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or account management
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure
