Role Overview |As a Customer Success Associate, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our customer's experience and success with our products and services. You will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, delivering targeted interventions to improve organizational health, and providing ongoing support to resolve customer issues. This role requires a blend of skills in relationship building, problem-solving, and data analysis to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes and remain satisfied with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities |

Customer Onboarding:

  • Facilitate smooth account setups for new customers, ensuring they understand how to use our products and services effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each customer, ensuring they are fully equipped to get the most out of our offerings from day one.

Customer Success:

  • Utilize customer data to design and implement targeted interventions aimed at improving organizational health and customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and objectives, using insights to drive strategic interventions that enhance their experience and success.
  • Build a strong relationship as a trusted advisor to support Leadership and HR teams with their organizational culture and enabling their key people initiatives

Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure they are resolved promptly.

Qualifications |

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on customer success, training, or support.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to designing and delivering customer interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai; additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation |

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Customer Success Associate. Compensation varies from 25K - 45K depending on experience.
