We're Hiring: Customer Success Executive (Health Tech / SaaS)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid near BTS Ari)

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to play a critical role in onboarding customers, supporting daily operations, and driving long-term customer success.

The Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will lead onboarding, deliver user training, provide ongoing support, and ensure that CloudNurse becomes an essential part of our customers workflows.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to continuously improve the customer experience and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, including system setup, app installation, user training (on-site and remote), and initial troubleshooting
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via LINE, email, phone, and on-site visits
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical or functional issues to Product or Engineering teams
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate structured customer feedback to support product improvements
  • Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions
  • Support the creation of training materials and user documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, or Customer Service (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/ERP) or long-term care operations is a strong advantage
  • Excellent Thai communication and interpersonal skills; English writing proficiency is a plus
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable with on-site customer visits and flexible working hours when required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
