What You'll Own

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through calls, chats, and WhatsApp.
  • Resolve concerns with speed, empathy, and ownership.
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to improve the customer experience.
  • Turn feedback into actionable insights that make our product better.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Account Management.
  • Are an exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Stay calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Believe every customer deserves a five-star experience.
  • Love taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, or health-tech.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
