We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent with Facebook Advertising Expertise

ExiScale is looking for a Customer Support Agent with Facebook advertising experience to help clients manage their ad accounts, troubleshoot platform issues, and navigate Facebook's advertising ecosystem.
This role is not a typical customer service position. Facebook ad accounts can sometimes face unexpected restrictions, policy flags, or technical issues that are outside of our control. Because of this, the role requires someone who is comfortable working with uncertainty, problem-solving, and technical platform issues while maintaining a professional client experience.

About the Role
This is a full-time remote position. You'll be the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with their Facebook ad accounts, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries clearly and professionally via chat and email
- Assist clients with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager navigation
- Troubleshoot ad account issues such as restrictions, rejected ads, and policy-related problems
- Escalate complex issues and help coordinate resolutions
- Ensure proper task handovers between shifts so ongoing issues are followed through
- Support new clients during their first days of service to help them get started smoothly
- Maintain accurate internal records and update internal tools
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager (required)
- Professional-level English reading and writing skills (required)
- Good understanding of Facebook ad policies, restrictions, and account management
- Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism when working with clients
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when dealing with platform issues and uncertainty
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
Bonus Skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools
- Previous experience in technical support or ad account management
- Sales or negotiation experience
Compensation
- Starting salary: 30,000 THB/month
- IT allowance provided after the probation period
