Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our international process team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer support roles and should be able to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via email, phone and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
  • Meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
