Job Description

Customer Support / Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support / Lead Generation Executives. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a successful career in customer service and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Interact with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving quality and productivity targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and communication standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • PUC or Graduation (as per role requirement).
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Willingness to work in the general shift and follow the assigned weekly off schedule.
