The Hills Rehab Thailand is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Officer based in Mae Rim. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, handling inquiries and providing prompt and empathetic support. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day client communications, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting and analyzing client feedback, and assisting with technical support requests. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance client experiences and services.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Experience in Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic system or service-related questions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Patience and empathy when interacting with clients in a sensitive context
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or rehabilitation services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Thai or other languages is an added benefit
