Customer Service Representative – Join a Newly Launching Forex Broker

We're a new broker preparing to launch in Bangkok Thailand, and we're looking for Customer Service Representative to grow with us from the very beginning.

This is a unique chance to start your journey at launch stage – as the company grows, so will your opportunities to step into senior and specialist roles. Previous experience will be an advantage.

This role is primarily focused on a weekday shift and permanent weekend shifts to continue support of the brokerage 24/7 coverage.

What you'll do

• Support traders via chat, email and occasional phone
• Help clients with account registration and platform navigation
• Handle password resets, deposits, withdrawals and other basic issues
• Work closely with the team to solve client problems smoothly

What we're looking for

• Thai language – written and spoken
• Basic English skills
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Willing to learn about Forex and new tools (prior experience an advantage)
• Calm, patient and solution-focused, even under pressure
