Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chiang Mai. The ideal candidate will be a native Thai speaker with good English communication skills, capable of delivering excellent service to customers across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Native Thai speaker with good English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, email, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
