What You'll Do:
Customer & Process Quality Control
Act as the key customer contact for all quality-related concerns.
Prepare and submit quality documents (PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.).
Coordinate 8D investigations and follow-ups, collaborating with internal teams and other Bosch plants.
Handle customer complaints, IQIS input, and QMM ECR/concession activities.
Lead and support internal/external audits and manage customer touchpoint requirements.
Analyze and report on inspection and trial events, including co-checks and sample submissions.
Deliver timely inspection reports and maintain monthly customer reporting.
Problem Solving & Quality Assurance
Investigate 0-km claims, internal failures, and defective parts.
Lead containment actions, including 3rd-party sorting coordination.
Provide external cost reporting and manage Safe Launch activities.
Support Cpk/Cmk evaluations for new model introductions.
General Support
Work closely with cross-functional teams and respond swiftly to issues.
Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
English proficiency: Good speaking, listening, and reading skills
5+ years of experience in automotive quality or process engineering.
Strong knowledge and experience in Management and Quality Management Systems (QMS) are required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO/TS16949 - IATF16949 & ISO14000).
Trained in QMS core tools: APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and CSR requirements.
Experience with product audits, dock audits, and operation of measuring instruments.
