Job Description

What You'll Do

Follow up and coordinate daily import and export customs clearance activities.
Perform HS Code classification and verification.
Analyze import/export restrictions and license requirements based on HS Codes.
Review customs documentation and submit required files to customs brokers for clearance arrangements.
Develop and optimize customs clearance procedures and risk control processes.
Regularly update and interpret customs regulations and policy changes.
Support customs audit preparation and provide responses as needed.
Promote and conduct training on customs compliance requirements and related business processes for factories.
Maintain routine communication and positive working relationships with customs authorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Customs declarer certificate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs, import/export, or related areas; experience in the home appliance industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of international trade, customs clearance processes, processing trade manufacturing, HS classification, and bonded goods management.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in customs, import/export, or bonded factory operations.
Certified Customs Broker License.
Experience in managing trade compliance operations related to Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Duty Drawback, and Free Trade Zone operations.
