Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Junior Specialist to support import/export operations and ensure full compliance with Thai customs regulations. This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in customs clearance, HS classification, and international trade processes.
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB/month
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 08:00 AM – 05:10 PM

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and follow up daily import and export customs clearance activities
- Perform HS Code classification, verification, and related analysis
- Analyze Thai import/export restrictions and licensing requirements based on HS Codes
- Review customs documentation and submit to brokers for clearance processing
- Develop and optimize customs clearance procedures and risk control processes
- Monitor and interpret updates in Thai customs regulations and policies
- Support customs audit preparation and handle audit-related responses
- Provide training and guidance on customs compliance to internal teams and factory staff
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customs authorities
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Customs Declarer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs, import/export operations
- Experience in manufacturing or home appliance industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of international trade, customs clearance processes, HS classification, and bonded goods management
- Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken); Chinese is a strong advantage
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in bonded factories or processing trade environments
- Customs Broker License certification
- Hands-on experience with Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Duty Drawback, and Free Trade Zone operations
