To strengthen cross-border cargo compliance management, streamline customs clearance procedures and optimize end-to-end supply chain operation of Thailand subsidiary, as well as realize efficient business linkage with headquarters and external third-party vendors, our client is recruiting a competent
Customs & Logistics Specialist to take charge of local customs declaration and daily logistics operational work.

Responsibilities
- Undertake customs declaration procedures for import and export goods, ensure standardized, compliant and efficient whole-process operation;
- Coordinate daily business communication and docking with external partners including customs bureau, freight forwarders and shipping companies;
- Process various logistics supporting documents, track real-time cargo transportation status and ensure punctual goods delivery;
- Assist with daily department operational administration, optimize routine workflows and elevate overall team work efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majors in Logistics, International Trade, English and other related disciplines are preferred;
- Candidates with basic understanding of local logistics and customs clearance processes are preferred;
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication competency and positive team collaboration awareness;
- Meticulous and prudent working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under moderate work pressure.
- Professional working proficiency in English; Mandarin competency is a strong plus (not mandatory).
