Position: Customs Operations Support Clerk, Billing and Cash Advance.
Location:DHL Suvarnabhumi Multi-Modal Distribution Center, DHL Lad Kra bang Office
Key Responsibilities: -
- Verifying the accuracy of shipment data and monitoring cash advances for air, sea and in-land shipments, including settlement of the expense to Finance function.
- Estimate costs for cash advances related to customs clearance into the CW1 system.
- Monitoring cash advances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Preparing and providing summary billing reports to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate the internal function (Operations, Finance & Transportation) to meet the customer requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation management for customs clearance in compliance with customs regulations and customs department procedures.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Logistics or and related field.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in Freight or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of customs requirements.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Good computer skills: MS Office or CW1 system is an advantage.
- Can-Do attitude.
- Can work well under pressure.
