Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate export customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and trade requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation to facilitate smooth export operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate export declarations, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer records in internal systems, while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation, customs clearance, logistics, or international trade operations.
- Good understanding of export declaration procedures and shipping documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, HS Codes, and trade compliance practices is a plus.
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems would be beneficial.
