About the job

To lead and scale our commercial washing machine franchise business. This role is responsible for franchise strategy, partner performance, sales growth, and end‑to‑end commercial execution across assigned markets.

What you'll do

  • Overlook Sales Division to develop and execute franchise strategy to expand laundromat business (self‑service & Wash and Fold service with O2O Platform.).
  • Recruit Investor and analyze Investment ROI
  • Manage franchise partners performance, ensuring sales targets, brand standards, and operational excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, promotions, project sales, and channel development.
  • Lead contract negotiation, franchise agreements, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with operations, service, marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

What you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12+ years in management, B2C, B2B sales, or business investment advice .
  • Strong understanding of commercial laundry or investment recruiting, or franchise operations is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in business management,revenue growth, process Set-up
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and investor management skills.
  • Ability to work manage team and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication both Thai and English
