Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate CX Consultant - Marketing Automation to join our Customer Experience Management (CXM) team. In this role, you will help leading brands design and launch personalized customer journeys through marketing automation platforms. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, translate business use cases into campaign logic, configure and test campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery.

What Youll Do:

  • Gather CRM campaign requirements from clients and translate them into actionable workflows (journeys/canvases).
  • Design customer journey logic, process flows, and campaign diagrams to bring ideas to life.
  • Configure, test, and launch campaigns using leading marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal CX strategy, data, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimize customer engagement.

What Were Looking For:

  • 23 years of experience in digital campaigns, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign configuration in any leading platform (Braze, SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or local marketing automation/CDPs).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, with ability to design customer journey flows
  • Alternatively, background as a Business Analyst in CX/CRM with ability to model processes.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and solutions.
  • Willing to work in a global, multi-national environment embracing cross-country collaboration, regional challenges, and opportunities to learn from diverse colleagues and cultures.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing technology is a plus: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CDPs,
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Advantage: Certifications e.g. Braze Certified Practitioner, Braze Certified Marketer
