Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cyber Security team, including Tier 1/2 engineers
- Oversee daily operations of key security technologies (Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, VA, PAM, NAC)
- Drive endtoend incident response: alert analysis, investigation, containment, and root cause evaluation
- Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity standards, baselines, and vulnerability management programs
- Provide security advisory for IT projects and assess the design of security controls
- Drive or support strategic cybersecurity initiatives mandated by regional/global leadership
- Maintain operational security policies, processes, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Over10 years of experience in cybersecurity, firewall operations and infrastructure security
- Proven 3+ years of experience in a leadership or teammanagement role
- Strong technical expertise with enterprise security tools (Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, etc.)
- Solid background in incident response and threat investigation
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams in English
