We are partnering with a leading multinational organization to identify a highly capable Senior Cyber Security Leader to join their Bangkok-based team.
This role sits within a global cybersecurity function and plays a critical role in strengthening security operations, engineering capabilities, and governance alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee cybersecurity operations and incident response activities
- Manage and enhance security technologies, including PAM (CyberArk), NAC (Forescout), Cloud security environments, and Network security (firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Provide technical guidance and support to security engineers
- Drive security incident investigation, response, and root cause analysis
- Ensure alignment with NIST, ISMS, and regulatory frameworks
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- Partner with IT and business teams to embed secure-by-design principles
- Lead project planning, execution, and team performance oversight
Qualifications:
- Over8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in incident response and security operations management
- Strong hands-on experience in CyberArk, NAC, cloud security, or DevSecOps environments
- Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 / ISMS)
- Ability to bridge technical execution and governance requirements
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams in English
