Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security solutions, devices, and servicesespecially firewalls, including policy reviews, configuration updates, and firmware upgrades
- Support and guide Tier-1 engineers in incident handling, including alert response, log analysis, investigations, and root-cause analysis; step in for hands-on escalation when needed
- Review compliance and vulnerability reports, track remediation progress, and advise IT teams on closing security gaps
- Verify security control coverage across IT assets and resolve onboarding/offboarding or configuration gaps
- Develop and maintain security operations policies, procedures, and documentation
- Contribute to global cybersecurity initiatives and provide security advisories and risk assessments for IT projects
Qualifications:
- Over7 years of experience in cybersecurity, firewall operations and infrastructure security
- Hands-on experience in cloud security architecture and modern IT architectures (e.g., CI/CD, Zero Trust)
- Experience with tools such as Vulnerability Assessment (VA), PAM, and NAC is preferred
- Strong expertise in incident management and response
- Full proficiency in English (verbal and written)
