Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage information security-related projects to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to drive project execution and achieve defined objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain operational manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with international security standards.
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and other administrative records to support project governance.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to project coordination, such as scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project calendars.
  • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future project outcomes.


Qualifications

  • :Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • .Minimum of 3 years experience in I
  • TStrong planning, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • .Understanding of information security principles and access control practices would be beneficial
  • .Proficiency in preparing project documentation and reports in a structured and professional manner would be beneficial
  • .Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
