Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage information security-related projects to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to drive project execution and achieve defined objectives.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain operational manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with international security standards.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and other administrative records to support project governance.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to project coordination, such as scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project calendars.
- Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future project outcomes.
