Job Description

Role Purpose:

Drive the end to end adoption and impact of dCom analytics tools in Thailand. Act as the bridge between business teams and analytics product teams to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead rollout of dCom analytics tools across Business Units and functions
  • Drive adoption through structured training, workshops, and continuous engagement
  • Act as the single point of contact between market stakeholders and development teams
  • Translate business questions into clear analytics and product requirements
  • Prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility
  • Ensure tools meet market needs and are intuitive for end users
  • Monitor tool usage, adoption, and performance across teams
  • Generate insights from marketplace data to support commercial decisions
  • Identify data gaps and work with engineering teams to resolve them
  • Support UAT, validation, and rollout of new features and dataset
  • Build strong relationships with CD, CSP, Finance, Supply Chain, and CDIO team

Experience and qualifications require

  • Experience in eCommerce, analytics, or digital roles
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
  • Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross functional and regional teams
