Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic D2C Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role requires a strong ability to see the big picture while driving actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the big picture: Oversee end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across all touchpointsoffline and onlineensuring alignment with product positioning, brand messaging, and business priorities.
- Strategic product promotion: Evaluate product portfolio to identify key differentiators and prioritize products for promotion based on market trends and business goals.
- Creative direction: Review and guide creative assets across all media channels (paid, owned, partner, offline) to ensure consistency, impact, and relevance for each audience segment.
- Integrated planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive calendar covering media plans, content schedules, promotional activities, and marketing events to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Media optimization: Collaborate with media agencies to maximize reach and engagement within budget, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Innovation & growth: Continuously explore new marketing opportunities, channels, and tactics to boost sales and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve communication effectiveness.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, sales, underwriting, IT, and external partners to ensure readiness, alignment, and seamless execution of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans.
- Expertise in communication planning, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid understanding of paid media, digital acquisition channels, and offline marketing integration.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and launches simultaneously with high ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
