Strategy & Growth
- Execute the Branded Webstores strategic plan, fully aligned with company and regional priorities.
- Partner with Central, Regional, and Local eCommerce teams to implement the D2C strategy with consistency and excellence.
- Lead sales growth initiatives for branded webstores and focused channels through innovative campaigns, activations, and new business models.
- Drive Focused Channels sales development, identifying and scaling new revenue opportunities.
- Define and execute pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop the affiliate and partnership strategy to expand reach while maintaining brand relevance.
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee daily operations: assortment/range management, SKU lifecycle, inventory coverage, pricing approvals, content/photo requirements, and delisting of underperforming SKUs.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with supply chain & logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-purchase experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Website Content/Product teams to optimize visibility, media ROI, and consumer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with product and technology teams, testing and refining new features, tools, and ways of working.
- Lead data-driven decision making by working with insights & analytics teams to understand consumer behavior and optimize performance.
Consumer Experience & Brand Building
- Ensure a best-in-class digital shelf across webstores, focusing on UX, storytelling, and conversion optimization.
- Drive personalization and experimentation initiatives to improve consumer journeys and engagement in collaboration with cross-functional terms
- You will partner with the insights, analytics & activation teams on both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis to understand consumer behaviour & performance optimization for D2C.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in D2C eCommerce, with proven responsibility for sales and growth delivery across multiple markets.
- Strong track record in P&L management, commercial planning, and digital channel expansion.
- Solid experience with D2C platforms (e.g., Shopify, Commerce Cloud, Magento, or equivalent), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end eCommerce operations: merchandising, pricing, fulfilment, content, and customer service.
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration (marketing, supply chain, finance, IT, product) in a matrix organization.
- Strong data and analytical mindset, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across seniority levels.
