Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Sales Execution Manager to join our regional team in Bangkok. Supporting branded webstore operations across Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, you will play a central role in orchestrating smooth activations and ensuring fast, flawless execution.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Webstores Commercial Area (CA) Asia), this role directly contributes to business growth by streamlining workflows, accelerating time-to-market, and delivering dependable service to both internal teams and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution Champion

  • Work closely with markets and web content team to translate briefs into executable technical requirements.
  • As hands-on super user on the D2C ecommerce backend, to define, recommend, and communicate our commercial capabilities aligning with technical capabilities to markets, recommend and guide markets on effective & practical commercial activation options
  • Ability to own hands-on execution of tasks to ensure seamless campaign setup and deployment.
  • Drive clarity and accountability in execution plans by aligning stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and keeping timelines firmly on course.
  • Stay proactive by identifying potential roadblocks, flagging issues early, and championing solutions to get campaigns live efficiently and effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with support teams to translate briefs into executable technical requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with support teams to swiftly identify, escalate, and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Ensure activations go live smoothly, leveraging agile workflows and sprint planning participation.
  • Advocate for market needs while keeping execution aligned with platform standards and governance.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate scheduling, track project milestones, and maintain documentation to reduce turnaround time.
  • Monitor website functionality and escalate technical issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
  • Improve service delivery by identifying bottlenecks and refining operational processes.

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Manage and share weekly/monthly progress reports and post-activation insights.
  • Track performance and delivery speed across projects, using data to inform future improvements.
  • Contribute ideas and operational enhancements that lead to more scalable and resilient webstore operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 35 years of experience in digital operations, D2C coordination, or campaign/project execution
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across regions, functions, and disciplines
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools and other typical ecommerce tools
  • Technically savvy, used to working in a complex technical environment and willing to learn about new systems
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to prioritize tasks that deliver direct impact
  • Fluency in English; regional language skills are a plus
